Salad Bliss
It’s a nice little place we use as an alternative to fast food in the area. Bmuse Cafe has salads, soups, and sandwiches. Everything seems fresh and is made while you wait. We also noted that they have many vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free items.
First off, it might be a little hard to find if you’re driving down route 5 in Wallingford as its located in a strip mall across from Quality Subaru and Wendy’s. Once you find it though you will most likely be happy you did.
Secondly, when you go in, there is a little counter where some pads and pens are. Simply fill out what you would like on your salad or grab one of thier pre-made offerings. They will take the ticket, make your salad and call your name when it’s ready. This should give you plenty of time to look around, pick a drink, or grab a seat if you can get an empty one. Also it seems that they accept phone and fax orders so you can be in and out quickly.
As far as pricing goes you get what you pay for. This is not a fast food price type of establishment but better yet a QUALITY price type establishment. For us to have two salads and two drinks it was $21 at the time of this writing.
In addition to the above, BMuse also seems to offer catering.
